In today’s digital age, supplementing one’s income through thievery, as an incident at a local language-oriented business underscores, is increasingly becoming hazardous.

Comment by Fin MacDonald on November 16, 2011 at 8:23: Here's a bit of Changchun trivia for you: Hongqi Street （红旗街）one of the three main hubs of Changchun, featuring Ou Ya shopping center, tram car number 54 and running in the shadow of the Jilin TV tower, took on its current name "Red Flag Street" in 1951, after the founding of the People's Republic of China. The street, built in 1933 by the Japanese, was previously known as Hong Xi Street (洪熙街） signifying prosperity and opulence.

It has been learned that the Act took place near the intersection of Guilin and Tongzhi when the previously completely selfish Mr. Young gave up a taxi to an expectant mother on the way to the hospital. "I am beginning to understand why people bother with this stuff," Young reported. "I felt all soft and fuzzy after." Sources say Mr. Young was revived from a 100-year cryogenic preservation in August of 2003.

The event saw the attendance of Jackie Chan, director Zhang Li, Winston Chao, and others. The star-studded film (70-some leading actors make appearances) covers a wide swath of Chinese history and commemorates the 1911 Revolution. It is now showing in Changchun and around China.
