Yo u will engage in strategies that allow you to receive and offer feedba ck that allows you and those you lead to perform at higher levels and do so with greater confidence. · Finally, we will dive into the lead ership role and the strategies one will use to fulfill the role of Bos s, Mentor and finally Coach and in so how these roles allow you to inv est in those you lead for individual development that will motivate an d improve the results of your team. This training is interactive and allows you to use the tools you are introduced to during the course of the day “on the spot”, so you have defined and refined your own s trategy and approach before you leave and you are ready to implement t he next day in your workplace. You will begin to understand how to use the “Fit rather than Failure” approach to leadership and team des ign.
