 epresentative offices or agencies of the foreign government bodies or 
 non-governmental organizations in Changchun;- The foreign students, te
 achers or the people who are receiving training in colleges and univer
 sities of Changchun;- The foreign people who is doing businesses or wo
 rking in various fields in Changchun;- The family members of the forei

 o be processed through the official website of Changchun Municipal Peo
 ple’s Government.\n\nAll the organizations can register no more than
  2 teams for a team event (basketball, volleyball and football) and an
  entertainment event, which is the Tug-of-war;\n\nEach organization ca
 n register no more than 2 people or 2 doubles for a single event (badm
 inton, table tennis and tennis);\n\nAn individual participant can regi
 ster no more than 2 single events and 1 team event or one entertainmen
