My kitten has had an upper respiratory infection for over a month now.  She's taken medicine, and shots. Been to two doctors, and she's still not better. Does anyone know an English speaking or a good vet in Changchun that isn't super over priced.  I really just want to help her get better, but not sure what else to do.

Also how do you get a copy of the Changchuner?
