Event Description
On Boxing Day we will be following the Australian tradition of having our big cricket match - but on ice in South Lake Park !
Order for the day - meet at Happy Home at 9.00am for breakfast, Bloody Marys at 10.15, then off to South lake for the game and back to Happy Home for a Curry Lunch
Afterwards, we will convene at Happy Home for a special Boxing Day Curry lunch.
Knowledge of cricket not essential - open to both men and women!
Here is the provisional schedule:
Breakfast from 9.00am
Orange juice
Mushroom omelette with bacon and sausages
Toast with butter and jam and marmalade
A variety of teas - with milk and sugar or Coffee
10.15
A Bloody Mary cocktail (vodka and tomato juice

leave for cricket match on ice at South lake Park
12.30-1.00 pm
Lunch
Tendulkar choice chicken
Ponting raitha
Brian lara beef fried rice
Mcgrath seafood fried rice
Gavaskar three cup chiken
The breakfast and the lunch are both 50 RMB - Bloody Mary extra!

Australia's novice openers thankful for India's bowling problems ahead of Boxing Day Test
It is the spiritual home of Australian sport staging one of the highlights of the Australian calendar. On Dec 26 every year the massed ranks of cricket fans gather at the vast Melbourne Cricket Ground, known locally as the 'G’. There is an absence of festive spirit as they generate an intimidating atmosphere in expectation of some visiting turkeys being skinned alive by their ruthless champions in the Boxing Day Test.
But not this year. The visitors, India, positively groan with experience and pedigree with their four galacticos – Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Virender Sehwag and VVS Laxman – still resident at the heart of their batting order. And it is doubtful whether Australia have ever fielded such a bunch of greenhorns in any Test, never mind the Boxing Day one...............
