For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

Event Description

October is a month for many friends birthdays: Adam Reiter, Bill Zhang, Ram and Tim Cappon.

So we will be reserving Happy Home and Classic Bar for a party to keep our old bones warm.

There will be super special cocktails at discount prices, the draft beer will be flowing freely (but not free, sorry)

There will also be live music and some special treats for everyone to enjoy.

Happy Home events begin around 7:30 and will run to about 11pm. Then we'll migrate to Classic Bar where there will be even more treats; (sexy half-naked girls dancing, more cheap drinks,  etc etc)

Will attend after the curry at life club. We are moving back to Gui Lin Lu next week so wanted to squeeze one last event out of the venue before we do move!
