We should limit comments like traffic in big cities. Like no two Englishmen on at the same time, Italians can only gain access on days not ending with a "Y", South Americans should only have read-only access until their grammar and spelling improves - won't hold my breath on that one, people under 50 should have everything vetted and that most people on this site - I'm talking IQ not age.
