Event Description

Come usher in the Year of the Dragon at the most elegant and extravagant party of the year. From the same group that has brought you 2 (in)famous Halloween parties and New Year's 2011, we promise not to disappoint!

We now have a location. The club is called Nova 1948, it is located in the Er Dao District. It is on Dong Sheng Da Jie, north of Jilin Da Lu.

This brand new place will be sure to be the hottest club in the city, offering 3 massive floors of elegance. Don't be fooled by the posh look of the place, we have negotiated special drink prices just for this evening.

As you've come to expect, there will be great music to dance the night away. Also there will be door prizes and other special surprises. Naturally, at midnight there will be free champagne for all guests.

I have posted my phone number, I can send you directions in Chinese to help you find the club.

Two VIP buses will be supplied to help you arrive safely. They will leave Nautilus at 9.30 and 10.30, both picking up at Zhi You Da Lu and Remin Da Jie Macdonald's 5 minutes after said departure times.

Comment by Richard Roman on December 30, 2011 at 19:12: heather - why not get your group from Jingue to come down for the spaghetti night at grandpa's and then we all go and get on the bus together (just 2 minutes walk from Grandpa's) - at either 9.30 or 10.30? (Spaghetti evening starts at 5.30)

Looking to get info. about the bus as you stated below...and you asked for message! :) I'm very new here--arrived 12/12!--and there are some of us down here in Jingyue District coming up for this. We will either need great directions or a bus! :)

Nautilus and Nemo's have prepared a special drink price for those of you getting ready for the party: one bottle of Carlsberg Chill PLUS a shot of Jagermeister for only 20RMB!!! I don't know anywhere that has a cheaper drink combo.

We are also considering a 3rd bus leaving Nautilus around 11:15, just to make sure that nobody is left out of the party event of the year.

Obviously you can get to the club by a taxi. From Guilin Lu area, it's about 18 RMB. Just send me a message and I will get you the directions in Chinese to show the taxi driver.
