For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

Event Description

We all have our favorite songs, so come along and join us for an evening of fun. We encourage you to come and sing the song, but if your shy, just bring the karaoke version along so that we can all sing it together.

Gaea has also bought 7 different Cheeses from TaoBao. We plan on sharing these wonderful cheeses with you all for a small fee.

So come join us for Good music and Cheese.

ATTENTION: yes we have 8 different cheeses to try and some lovely French bread to boot. People ask me if you have to sing. The answer is NO! I said favorite songs so bring a play list and just sling it on the sound system or through the TV. I have 5 songs but will only attempt one. I hope everyone will join in to cover my ghastly smokers voice (Er cough).

The bar has slashed the prices on cocktails and Red wine.
All red wine is half price. I have to say, 50 RMB for an italian red is pretty dam good.
All mixers are 15RMB!!
