For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

I think at some point we should look at challenges between Die Backstube and the 3 Monkeys Irish Bar- home and away!

It must be countries with values around the concept of personal virtue, possibly influenced by the religious thought that one will be judged. Protestant countries for sure. Denmark, Sweden, Norway or maybe Austria...oh no, they are too close to the swiss banks temptation!

Not an easy one to define or measure. The following survey measures perceived corruption levels in the public sector:

http://cpi.transparency.org/cpi2013/results/

According to their data the top 3 are:

Denmark, then New Zealand, with Finland and Sweden joint third!

Of course, I'll have another 'top 3' question for you all on Tuesday.
