Event Description

A special Thanksgiving banquet in Grandpa’s restaurant. This dinner will be created using the finest ingredients available including Turkeys imported from America. Derek will be assisted by special guest chef, David from New York, who will help in the preparations using his super secret family recipes. This is a full buffet so please come hungry. Happy Thanksgiving holiday to all.

Cocktails begin 5:30 pm; Dinner will begin at 7:00 pm

Reservations only. Prebooked tickets 138 元 / 158 元 after November 21.

This is a very popular event, unfortunely because of overcrowding during last years event, there will be only 40 tickets available

Thanksgiving 2011 Menu
·     Appetizers / Starters including:
A glass of red wine to start the meal

Chicken Pumpkin Chowder / Cream of Mushroom Soup

A selection of salads and other appetizers

Fresh baked Challah bread and bread rolls

·     Entree / Main Course including:

Roast Turkey with trimmings (Bread Sage stuffing, gravy and Cranberry Orange sauce)

Roast tenderloin filet of beef in mushroom sauce

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Buttered Pumpkin and Squash

A selection of seasonal vegetables and side dishes

·     Dessert and Coffee:

Pumpkin Pie and other cakes

Fresh fruits and fruit compote

Coffee and Tea

·     And of course, other surprises

Comfort food on the right holiday. It must have taken alot of effort to put it together, so all I can say is THANK YOU, on the holiday of Giving Thanks!!
