Event Description

Hi everyone! Just wanted to put a concert at Changchun's Soundwave Livehouse (音浪LIVEHOUSE）on your radar! My band The Paper Tigers has just put out its debut EP, and we're touring China to celebrate! Our show is on Friday, April 21.

If you've been missing original live music that's akin to The Cure, Arctic Monkeys, Bloc Party and The Clash, I'm happy to say we've got you covered. It's danceable, explosive and melodic, and we write songs about China.

We've built up a dedicated following of both Chinese and expats in Beijing. We're also really serious about what we do: We got our EP mastered in the United States by an engineer who has done remastering work for Nirvana and mastering work for Chinese bands such as Chui Wan.
