For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

Hi, I will be arriving in Hong Kong super early this Friday, August 26th (around 1:00 am).  I'd love to get to Changchun either direct or through a major city like Shanghai. 

 

I'm not sure how to go about doing this.  Is there online booking?

Sal, the prices are 930 Yuan plus tax. However there is another option leaving Shenyang for 254 Yuan plus tax on the same date.

It leaves Shenyang at 20.40 pm and arrives in Qingdao at 21.55 pm, If you want it at that price, I suggest you call me within the next day as that price is super cheap.

Hi Michael.

There is actually a direct flight leaving HK  on Friday 26th August directly to Changchun with 20 minute refueling stop in Guangzhou, that ticket is 1850RMB including tax.

If you wanted a flight via Shanghai, you would have to tell me how long you wanted to stay in Shanghai.
