For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

Does anybody have a contact number or email for William ex of Victoria School

William was one of my shall we say "drinking and fun buddies" when I was in CC.  He helped me alot to settle in CC.  I heard that he may have started his own school.  Does anyone have a contact number or email on him?

p.s I have to ask this question.  Does cc have white or yellow phone books? If not how do people contact someone or a business if they don't know the number?  double thanks grant

who are u seriously?   I was the manager/teacher at Victoria School back in 2008 and William was one of my buddies.  If you have info please provide it i would like to get in touch with him again.  I don't respond to gatekeepers; it is a waste of my valuable time

Hotels "might" have phone books, if you're lucky, but for the general populace, they are pretty much non-existent.
