Who knows how to get driver's license in Changchun?

In China we as foreigners can go through procedures of getting driver's license.

In all big cities it's easy to get, but how about Changchun?

Is it possible in Changchun for foreigners? Who knows?

I'm curious about schools for foreigners, and order how to apply documents in police to pass the exams.

Maybe somebody's got experience.

Advices, opinions, anything u have to help, please post it.

One question, do you have a license from back home? If you do, the procedure just got a whole lot shorter:)

Richard, nope, unfortunately i haven't...)  i know this case just to retake exam here in police and pay around 300 rmb.

I already found two schools in Changchun... and prices in range between 1000 till 1650.. to buy it 2000rmb.

but main thing is that I need only international driver's license)

With a license I would have just taken you to a friend and he'd have exchanged it for a Chinese one. Sorry, without a license I don't know the procedure.
