Who are we?

This Group has been designed to enable all facets of the foreign expat community in Chang Chun to be heard and represented on this website, which has as its core function and credo, getting everyone involved.

We realise that for some time now certain pockets of the community have not had a say in what we do, be it parties, events, exhibitions or special evenings.

We really want every foreigner in this community to feel as welcome and at home here in this city and we think this group will allow that to happen.

You have all been personally chosen to represent your institution, school or social sphere.

We ask that you, as representatives, give us fresh new ideas on what you want to see happen in the city.

What can be done better, how to best organise this or that event.

We ask that you help market out events to your respective social/work groups.

We ask that you consult with your mates and colleagues and ask them, “what do you want to see happen here in Chang Chun?”

There is no manager, no head, no right or wrong answer. This is a community initiative and everyone is entitled to have their say.

With this team we can realistically represent every single ex pat in the community. We are asking for your help.

Let’s, as a team, make this city and Chang Chun friends the best place to get involved.
