Hello CC friends
I love to party and dance but I really don't fancy the MF places, their prices and style of music.
Therefore I would (in co-operation with other interestees) like to start a group that plans parties every once in a while, where you can enjoy good music and drinks at a reasonable price. I don't know exactly where yet. But i.e. at Changs Goin Café or some other places where we would be able to make our own party and have the possibility to decide the style of music etc.
I have some experience DJing and would love to play some party/dancing music for CC friends. But it would also be nice if somebody else would join in...
So don't be shy or hold back.
Let's throw some m........... parties somewhere in this city :)
My suggestion for the first party's theme is Swing, old time rock n' roll & Rhythm and blues...
But I am also up for playing some: Soul, Funk, Hip-hop/Rap, Rock, Electro, Balkan, Ska, Latin and Afrobeat etc.
So what say ye!? Shall we?

This was what I did last year. It had 20 people sat in a garden environment sipping 5 carefully selected beers. I believe everyone who attended loved it. One of the best nights I have ever had the pleasure to host.
If you want(anyone) I'd like to hear your ideas about having another one:)

Jonas, I have talked to leo at Happy home. They would welcome a house music/dance party on a regular basis. If that's your kind of thing. I would be glad to help you advertise it and happy would make a poster for you. I did it once on a Friday evening...it was very successful. But to be honest, the jazz nights were the best. They were run by italian alex. He organized live acts to come and support his djing...miss those times. The jazz nights were held every Wednesday...which might sound strange but it attracted large crowds.
