For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

Sorry for late reply, was busy making slower pace video. I usually upload videos in my Youku account. I don't fly drones myself, but they say there are no restrictions below 1 km or something,  but we fly practically where we want and no one says anything. Video can be seen here: http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNzEyMDUyOTQ4.html

Wow!!!  You are sending up helocopter drones to take aerial photography.  Are there any restrictions on that?  What about the videos, where can they be seen?

Actually its from video me and my Chinese friends took. They have 6 propeller RC helicopter and they do aerial videography and advertisements.  when I have time I can edit together Changchun Aerial Video tour. Sadly we still haven't been to few notable places
