For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

A choonies book is fine, I will buy a ledger and hang it on the wall so that people can add comments as they wish!

Thanks Richard. That sounds great and i can get the files to you too. There are quite a few though and a few more in the pipeline. And you're right maybe holidays. If we could have a feedback book beside the pictures at WLC that would be good as I would love to know, good or bad, what people think - I really enjoy doing them and I have a lot of free time here so I am getting a lot of new characters done.

Some people are on holiday!
We have decided at WLC that we want to create a wall for the choonies cartoons. I would need all the files in full so that we can get them printed and mounted in time for September. Is that possible martin?

Did any of the we characters see or know about this cartoon. If someone drew a picture of me I think I would respond. So Wade Fin Alex Ancer and Karstan please tell me if you even saw the cartoon.

Wow feedback from David and I hear you.
I liked the first ones too but didn't get much response.
In fact I have no real idea what people think of my cartoons until now and one opinion is better than none.
Though no-one has really complained.
Happy at Happy Home has honored me with many framed on his main wall which is wonderful.

I sorta like the older style cartoons characters, they were more caricaturistic with personality.  This latest cartoon seems to be moving into some more realism.
