But Man City have to play 2 teams fighting against relegation Wolves and QPR and Newcastle fighting for a European spot - Man U are playing teams who win or lose will not change their fortunes by much. I think tonight's match is the key.

Utd have to play Everton, Swansea and Sunderland - 3 tough teams (I think they will beat Villa tonight)

I think , if City play like they did last night then it all comes down to the Derby match

Tevez gets a hat-trick - the script looks like it is already written but let's see what will happen at Old Trafford tonight against Villa. I didn't expect the Wigan result and that has put the pressure right back on Man U. Man U rested Paul Scholes for the Wigan match but he's back tonight so let's see how they play. If they lose or draw then I expect Man City to take the title but if they win then I think Man U will scrape home by a point and still lose to Man City when they play.

Looking tasty - City have now played a game more but are just 2 points behind

The clash between City and Utd is looking more and more as the match of the season

City  also have a better goal difference so Utd cannot afford to slip up

Bets anyone?

My Villa have got United, im expecting a thrashing...especially after Utd lost to Wigan- theyll be wanting to rectify that. ALex Mcleish has no tactical nous to counter them.

I think you are right - but who will get 4th? - and a champions league slot?

Comment by Richard ridealgh on April 12, 2012 at 12:58
Manchester will take the top two slots with Arsenal coming in third I think.

Arsenal have reshaped well since losing some of their best players - they are a pleasure to watch and I expect a lot from them next season - 3rd spot easily this time.

So I reckon 1.Man U, 2.Man City, 3.Arsenal, 4.Chelsea, 5.Newcastle, 6.Spurs and Wolves, Blackburn and Wigan to go down. And Chelsea to win the Champions league with Torres scoring in the final.

Yes Nichols! 9 wins out of 10!

Now, if they had started the season like that..........
