Looking for Chef's!

2 large restaurants (both foreign styled locations) are looking for people who feel they can cook to a high standard. These establishments are keen to improve their menus and hope that they may incorporate your dish or dishes into the menu for the general public to enjoy. Both establishments are willing to pay!!!

I think we need a place that can make a really good Sunday Brunch- starting from 10 and going on to 3
Cereal, good coffee and tea, fruits juice ( orange, tomato, grapefruit), bacon, eggs, GOOD sausages, decent mushrooms, tomatoes, fried bread - and for the Americans, hash browns.

This would be great during the World Cup as we could watch re-runs of matches


Now, put breakfast and football together and you have a winner!

Absolutely Richard, David is a very good cook, and i have sampled Paul's cottage pie first hand so thank you.

Paul of Paul and Ya Ya makes an absolutely fantastic Cottage Pie

New York David makes great hamburgers

I think that there are a number of people in this city who have really good "signature dishes"
