Man proposes to his girlfriend while dressed as the Predator character in a bar in Changchun

A man dressed as the movie character Predator proposed to his girlfriend at a bar in Changchun, capital of northeast China's Jilin Province on Wednesday.

After the girl named Zhu Wenjing entered the bar, 7 people dressed as movie characters in Predators, Star Wars and Transformers appeared in front of her suddenly, startling her somewhat.

At that moment, the Predator knelt down, presented a bouquet of flowers, and proposed to Zhu. The other six people in costumes raised their hands up to ask the girl to accept his proposal.

The Predator was actually Zhu's boyfriend, Zhao Ming. The couple have been dating for four and a half years.

And the other six people were colleagues of the couple who helped Zhao think of this novel way to propose.

Zhao's colleagues also lent him a 60,000 yuan worth of ring which he placed upon his girlfriend's finger after she accepted his proposal
