Let's see if anyone can figure this one out. Approximately 10,000 RMB damage to my personal effects due to mold and mildew over the summer. What caused the mold and mildew? Extremely high humidity from an improperly installed drain when the building was renovated. Water soaked through the concrete, pouring into my apartment, and almost every other apartment in the building. Are they going to pay to repair and/or replace any of my belongings? Nope! The reason?

Mold and mildew is normal in the summertime !
