Thanks for a great day out on Saturday. My students and i really enjoyed it - although we did lose ourselves a couple of times! really looking forward to the next one.

BTW, if you are in the Chun around the end of October we are going to have some talks on health and fitness given by a good friend of mine. perhaps you would be interested in talking about the virtues/benefits of sporting activities and Nordic ways? I will send you more details when we have a date and a better idea of the structure for the evening

I am sorry I missed yesterday. I really wanted to come but had 200 student papers to mark by today so had to give it a miss
