Your comment actually brings some warmth, since as you watch the footage unfold, this really is a big slap across all our faces. Have we really lost all sense of helping others...the public reaction towards the "Good Samaritan" is just! I also think we shouldn't be too quick to point fingers at any particular race. We are all in this together.

This isnt common at all. Maybe due to the fact that this story has been seen around the world.

i know in France and England and also probably America, there are Good Samaritan laws, which mean that you can help without fear of being sued by the victim/victims family. One of my French friends told me yesterday, if you dont help you could end up being fined.
In China, there isnt anything like that, and often the people who help end up being sued for vast amounts, which is usually why you see incidents like this.

it's horrible..... only one word for this - CHINESE!
i've heard that if in China foreigner will be ran over occasionally by the car and then, as a result , driver will do it again on purpose to death. Now after this breaking news video i can believe in it..
