A bit of history for those who are interested

When I lived in London (pre-internet days!) I was invited to join a Chinese dinner club by a friend from Shanghai. You were allowed to bring one guest who was immediately invited to join the group. Great fun. I met a lot of interesting characters and discovered the Chinese restaurants in London

Fast forward a few years and when I was in Singapore we used to organise monthly dinners - french, Indonesian, Italian, Egyptian - again great fun with up to 50 people coming along

Now we are in the Chun - lets do the same!

All ideas welcome!

Menu to be agreed but am hoping for Saltimbocca a la Romana or Vitello Tonnato but final decision will be made by Francesco as to what he feels will be the most memorable dishes he can provide
