Won't happen. First of all, Santa Claus is "a right jolly old elf". Secondly, he's a Canadian Citizen. Third, last year, the Americans tried to indite him on terrorism charges, and stuck him in Guantanamo Bay until the Chinese New Year. He doesn't want a repeat of that little scenario.
