For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

Who knows who's nose is nosing nosily in the know?

What's he playing? - something by Goodgig Von BeerHaven.

And beer and violins is so much better than beer and violence.

Matt, you are right, I was drinking, but only because, Oh, I could not bear to look upon such. It was happy times, spent so long ago, only to have past on, like the melting snow. But I spent those moments, in an endless raoming, on that long road from Grandpas, for I was drunk that day, as I am seldom sober, from pub to pub, to be on my way home, down to the salty sea. Oh, but im hungover now, so come ye young men, and lay me down. For I sleep now, and await a blog to come.

We had a rare old time- one of those Changchun moments that just sometimes happen. Jed, the violinist plays with the Jilin Orchestra. Fantastic!
