For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.
This is just a quick appeal to the notably generous choonie community. A mate of mine lost his iphone today and is looking for a replacement phone. Not an iphone. Just an old secondhand simple one. We're happy to buy him a cheap new one but would rather ask everyone else first. Happy to pay too.
Back in oz i had about 3 old phones lying around and have lost about 10 in my lifetime. Can anyone match that record?

Mahatma Jack - peace and love!
the drums offer still stands!
David thankyou for taking this serious matter seriously. But as for you two Richards, I hope one day you are stuck in the deep wilderness with no reception, no battery and no drums or pigeons or teky gadgets to help you, and then you will confess in your darkest hours that you should not have taken the piss out of me. You will rue the day, i say.
Jack - the pigeons are for long distance
The drums - short distance
Suggest you go for the drums first - I will give you a knock down price - 50000 Yuan and I will throw in the sticks for free
i have one, i can show it to you ,jack,my QQ number 375369969, msn acount aliali88168@hotmail.com
I'll take the pigeon. Half price. I'll give you 40 yuan.
I have some drums and a pigeon for sale
Haha. You never answer the damn thing anyway, haha,
Sorry no spares. I've lost or had stolen 6 phones in Changchun alone. My current phone is so bad that I have tried everything to lose it but it just won't go.
