For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

You don't know exactly the strength of your opponent. The German general in chief thinks that it's the second French corps retiring. The French begins to see masses of Prussian troops arriving but don't know exactly how many.

Correction: it seems that it will be John against the two Richards for a revenge!

Here is the mission of the French: to protect his corps supply depot at Forbach until at least 1800, but he cannot lose more troops than the Germans in doing so.

The Germans' mission is to clear the French from the Forbach valley and the heights above to enable the safe passage of the II Army down the Saarbrucken-Forbach highway into France.

Here is the map:

So it will be Richard against Richard this time it seems, who will be French and who will be Prussian, any preference?
