Event Description

Here is our third game, the battle of Wissembourg, 4th of August 1870. This is the first battle of the Franco-Prussian war. One weak french division (6 500 men) dangerously close to the border is surprised by elements of two Prussian and one Bavarian corps (35 000 men). The French can't win this one obviously but he has to hold his ground for 6 hours. This game is for 2 to 4 players, its a short game, I think four hours should be enough.
