Event Description

We are going to a special restaurant here in Changchun to launch our Autumn season - Goose Island.

This restaurant has lakes, walkways through a park and a boating lake with a quite unique atmosphere. A true experience to come to this famous restaurant.

Come early and stroll through the gardens - this is a magical place!

We have booked the following dishes:

Mushroom and wild grass salad

Beansprouts and Chinese cabbage

Snow vegetables and Mung bean terrine

mashed potatoes with mushrooms and a tangy goose sauce

Dumplings

Goose Legs

Baby Goose - Cantonese style ( a bit like Beijing Duck)

Grilled Pork neck

Goose Liver

Omelette with bitter cucumber

Corn cakes with a goose sauce

Blueberry and Shanyao

The total price is just 60 RMB excluding drinks (Beer is 5 Yuan a bottle). There are a limited number of spaces - just 24 - so please book early!

It could be useful to tell the taxi driver exactly where we are going. Is the restaurant inside the park or can we see it from the street ? Is the entrance on Wei Shan lu ?
