Seventh Annual Thanksgiving Family Dinner in the Chun

That time of the year is almost here, so get ready for the Changchun’s most famous Thanksgiving dinner at Grandpa’s.  This dinner has become a Changchun tradition and will be the seventh Thanksgiving dinner I cooked for the gang from Changchun Friends and as in the past, this will be the very best Thanksgiving dinner.

The dinner will use the highest quality and freshest ingredients available including Turkeys imported from Utah, USA. Everything will be made from scratch, even  the breads and pies.  Many of the recipes come from my own family's kitchen and will be cooked and hosted by me to ensure the most delicious, down home, traditional and authentic Thanksgiving dinner in all of China.

This dinner will take place at the New Grandpa's Restaurant near Jida Nan Xiao. 

Since Thanksgiving is a family holiday and many here are without family, this is the best time to join our Changchun family and enjoy an authentic Thanksgivings dinner.  It goes without saying, the most important ingredient in any Thanksgiving dinner is the company and the friends.

Here are some details of the menu.  This menu worked well in the past, but there may be small changes. There will be table service at the beginning of the meal, with buffet for additional helpings.
