Hi I don't knwo if I use "natural" clothes (though instead of cotton I'd rather wear clothes made of Cannabis fiber) haha.

As for the subway, it's a necessity for this town, just take a look around, the whole place is a traffic jam, and how inconvenient it has turned to take taxis or buses these days. In additiion to that, Donna, The changchun we see nowadays was mainly designed by the japanese back in the day.. and surprisingly, they built a subway too! Problem is Mao and his friends took the job of DESTROYING all the tunnels the japanese built. What were supposed to be the subway stations are all the underground supermarkets you see all around changchun... So far, in my 4 years of china, I have seen and heard stories about  so many beautiful things from ancient China or useful things built by the japanese, all destroyed by the communist party... all so they could build another stupid shopping mall. Despite all the disadvantages we have to deal with due to the heavy construction we see around us everyday, the subways is a necessity, and it will make the life in changchun just a little bit easier... once it's finished. Right now it's another pain in the butt, improvised by this careless government.

All I know is that the capitalist blindness only leads to more trouble, and traffic jams. And I see a lot pf people doing without thinking.

I don't use taxis or buses unless I have to go far away from my place... normally I ride my longboard to wherever I have to go.

Hi Guys, I would like start one topic and hope our power can protect our ground and our CC.I oppose building the SUBWAY in CC.whatever they already working now. But that is damage the underground. CC Underground

is a huge rock,that is why all the Chinese said CC is a good place ,and that is also one reason Japanese really want CC.Cuz that huge rock , CC can be safe from the earthquake.

I really hope people protect our one earth ,our pity earth,and pity people.

I do not know why people fight with animals ,fight with plants,fight with ground...of course now people killed people. 

I know you are the person love our life our earth, do not think you are small and longly, I am stay with you,other people stay with us.

Hi Pierre,well done,your family is so great.I heard some Golf courses use a lot water,and one of them,use mineral water watered the grass,people who live near the golf course no water water can drink.and many factories put the waste water to the nice river.Threwing garbage on the public place,is also give our environment big pressure,maybe one day we hold one activity of "how to deal with the garbage well"in Changchun,to Changchun citizen

Hey Donna glad you added this group. I and my family recycle water. For example we have 3  big pale and use to water from the laundry machine or when we wash our clothes by hand to use the remaining water to flush out toilet. This is one way we recycle water and help out with conserving water. We also use energy efficient light bulbs in our apt. I hope to read more ideas about helping keeping our earth green.
