Hello everyone! Lately I have been doing some research of my own and I found out that technically two foreigners CAN get married in China, but in some cases the Chinese authorities may choose not to do it due to lack of jurisprudence, the know-how or plain laziness. Hey every one, I am thinking about spending upcoming holidays in Shenyang, but since I never been there I was wondering if somebody could recommend me some good places to visit, some exiting things to do and last, but not least a cheap and decent hotel, for less than 150 a night.
Can anyone help me ?!?
