For the most part, the Changchun Friends website is not very active and has been superseded by the Tencent "Wechat" app by the local expat community. This website is maintained sporadically, people may still join and membership is still open, but if you are a spammer, stay away. The archived information here is still useful, but some may be out of date. There are plans to make it more useful for static information in the future. If anyone needs information about Changchun or China, you may post a message and it probably will get a response but not immediately.

I am surrounded! I wonder if you would be interested by other kinds of games. I have 'Diplomacy' at home and could organize an evening at World Life Club, it is for seven players representing a european power at the end of the 19th century: England, France, Germany, Russia, Italy, the Austro-Hungarian empire and the Ottoman Empire, the rules are very simple: you speak with everybody and after that you write your orders for your armies and fleets. The winner is the player controlling the biggest number of centres at the end.
The next game will be at the end of March, except if you want to play at an earlier date (I will be here during the winter holidays). It will be the Battle of Spicheren (for 2 to 4 players on a table 2m20 per 1m80), playable in one afternoon (12 turns and 3 divisions each side).
England vs France!
