after Vince I would love to present my home town Kraków - One of the oldest cities in Poland which got its municipal rights in 1257. It's a wonderful place where tradition mixes with modernity. Full of museums, art galleries, theaters, monuments (In 1978 Old Town was entered onto the first UNESCO World Heritage Site), cinemas but also modern pubs, clubs and bars and cultural events it received a title of European Capital of Culture in the year 2000. It is a place that every year is visited by almost 8 million tourists including 2 million from other countries.

First village liberated by the allied forces in june 1944, my home town was a key point for the success of "Overlord", the biggest logistical military operation the world has ever known and the starting point of the battle of Normandy.
