There is a direct flight from Changchun to Jeju every Thursday, unfortunately you are leaving on the Sunday so the best bet is to get a flight to Seoul from Changchun or Shenyang or even Dalian and then get another ticket to Jeju from Seoul. I can get you a ticket from Shenyang to Seoul for 2850 Inc tax  Changchun is 3700 including tax, Dalian  2581 inc tax. If you wanted a direct flight to Jeju you are looking at about 6000  including tax. I found something from Shenyang for 4600 including tax to Jeju direct.
