It is not worth mentioning.
用法说明
“不值得一提”的意思是因为太小或者不重要不值得说。说话人表示谦虚或者轻视某事或者某人时使用。
This sentence means something is too tiny or unimportant to speak of, which is used to show the speakers’ modesty or scorn towards something or somebody else.
例句
1、甲：听说你儿子获得了一等奖学金，他可真聪明!
Jiă: Tīngshuó nǐ érzi huòdé le yíděng jiǎngxuéjīn, tā kě zhēn cōngming!
A: I heard that your son won the first grade scholarship. How clever he is!
乙：那是上学期的事了，不值得一提。
Yǐ: Nà shì shàng xuéqī de shì le, bù zhíde yì tí.
B: That’s in the last term. It is not worth stating.
2、甲：我得到消息说A公司也要参加竞标。
Jiă: Wǒ dédào xiāoxī shuō A gōngsī yě yào cānjiā jìngbiāo.
A: I get information that the company will also take part in the competitive bidding.
乙：不用担心，他们公司那么小，根本不值得一提。
Yǐ: Búyòng dānxīn, tāmen gōngsī nàme xiǎo, gēnběn bù zhíde yì tí.
B: Don’t worry. That company is too small to compete with us.
