The Choonie Photo Competition 2012 - Please start sending now.

This will happen 3 times this year with the winners going through to the Choonie Awards 2012 and will be

included in the Choonie calendar for 2013.

The first collection will be for the months January to April, photos do not have to be taken in these months just put up for inclusion. As this is the first Choonie Photo competition all photos will be considered from 2011.

There will be a further two collections and the winners will all be included in the final and entered as a new category in the Choonie Awards 2012 which will be held around the 20th of December 2012.

If you want your photo to be included then email it to

State which categories you want to enter.

You can also nominate someone else's photograph but please send the photograph or link where we can see it.

And if the photo is not digital then we will need to scan it or send a scanned version. 

1 Best Photograph of a Changchun Character.
2 Best Photograph of Changchun any season, any location.
3 Best Action/Sport Photo relating to Changchun.

4. Best event/party in Changchun photograph.

5. Best Video - any topic.
