So the picture is complete! We have the four semi finalists. Spain, Portugal, Germany and England! Who do you think will win?

On a related note, does anyone else think it's interesting that Americans refer to teams as 'it' ('Spain beat France. It beat France 2-1. It now plays Portugal in the semi-final'), but English people refer to teams as 'they' ('Spain beat France. They beat France 2-1. They now play Portugal in the Semi-Final').
Wonder when and why that difference arose?

It's all going to plan. I predicted these 3 and England. Of course this was just before the quarter-finals - originally I chose The Netherlands to win in Richard Roman's little sweepstake but that was because I couldn't pick the team I reckon will win and that team ENGLAND. England and Portugal in the final.

it can still be Spain-Italy in the final though. France was no match for Spain as I feared, and will need time to improve, it was the least experienced team of the euro, let's see in two years....

I have correctly predicted three of the semi-finalists, unlike Sebastien and Vinz! (True, none of them was a 'I'm-going-to-stick-my-neck-out-here' prediction)
My final prediction for a semi-finalist is England.
And the QFs have lacked a classic match. This could be the one!
