Man builds small plane in memory of his father

A resident of Changchun city, Northeast China's Jilin province, has built a small plane in memory of his late father who had been a pilot for 29 years.

I was musing, as I do, on the crisp flavours we have in China. To be honest I cannot take any of them except the plain variety

Yet in the UK , depending on my mood, I will buy cheese and onion, salt and vinegar and smoky bacon.

Bacon Bloody Mary

I found this recepie on the Internet. I didn't try it but it sounds interesting

Ingredients:

90ml of bacon vodka

180ml tomato juice

30ml of fresh lemon juice

3 drops of tabasco

pinch of salt

pinch of celery salt

pinch of black pepper powder

Bacon vodka:

We need 5 slices of bacon and 500ml of vodka.

New Western Supermarket in 78 mall same building as Pizza Hut.

New western Supermarket in 78 square on Tonzhi ST and ZiYou St there are two entrance one next to the apple store and the other on Xikang St. It is called Le Kang Boutique Supermarket situated in the basement. It is very spacious and they have a good variety of western goods. Great selection of refrigerated BEER. We also found they have a great selection of frozen fish cod,sole ,halibut ect.... They opened in January 2014 and the place was very quiet only about 10 people including us.

New Indian restaurant

The new Indian restaurant is supposedly opening on Monday 10tMarch. It is pretty well next to Burger King and as you enter from the street, you walk up a flight of stairs. The front of the restaurant simply says Indian Curry. Nothing like giving yourself a great name huh?

Anyway. If people get a chance to go from Monday, please let us know what it is like!

The patient, a poultry farmer, is currently hospitalized and being treated and is considered to be in stable condition.
